Tomato Cheese Dip - Reader Submitted Recipe
I've had this recipe for at least 50 years and whenever I serve it, it's always a hit. Not sure where I got the recipe but I think it was from a high school friend's mother-so it's been around for a long time. Serve chilled with veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, chips or crackers). This makes a huge recipe of dip but it does freeze well. Whenever I make this, I serve half and freeze the other half.
