Cimarron Celebration is a summer Sunday evening full of family fun and great memories.
Sign up for one of our events: car show, co-ed sand volleyball tournament, 3-on-3 basketball tournament, and a home-run derby.
Or participate in one of our many free activities: various yard games, face painting, chalk to decorate sidewalks, and multiple bouncy houses. Additionally, we will have two different local groups doing dance routines at our old shelter house. Vegan Shark, a local band from Dodge City, will play family fun music from 6-8 p.m., and then their band will take the stage to play from 8 -9 p.m. Our evening concludes with a bicycle and wagon glow-in-dark light parade; please bring your bike or wagon decorated. We will have a few decorations on hand donated by local citizens. You are also welcome to walk with a parade and wear glow-in-dark decorations.
We will have a variety of food trucks for individuals to get some food and beverages during this time frame. Multiple local vendors will also have booths around the park with various things for purchase. Come down and enjoy the evening to celebrate our small community.
