We are excited to announce that our keynote speakers will be Ernestor De La Rosa, Dodge City assistant city manager, who will share his experience of being an immigrant in Kansas and Beth Barlow of a Bolder Humboldt who will talk about the good things happening in Humboldt ranging from a trail base camp to the new energy in downtown Humboldt.
