Join us for a one-of-a-kind dance performance featuring 45 Grados! Come learn about the history of Flamenco dancing and enjoy a night out.

Orígenes is a music and dance timeline about the origins and development of Flamenco from medieval to modern times. Flamenco comes from the South of Spain which was a cultural crossroads ruled by Moors, inhabited by Roma people who migrated from India, slaves who were captured and brought from Africa and the Andalusian people who are a mix of all those who came before them. All these people used music and dance to express their beliefs, hardships and celebrations and scholars suspect that all of it got mixed up, changed and influenced to become what today we call “Flamenco.”
