    The 9th Annual High Plains Music Fest is coming soon! Several bands will descend on Hugoton’s Dirtona Raceway for an evening of fun and entertainment. Proceeds will benefit many local/area organizations and charities. High Plains Music Fest is in conjunction with the High Plains Fall Fling Craft & Vendor Show and the giant kite display from Great American Kites hosted by the Hugoton Area Chamber of Commerce.
